What's the smallest engagement you'll take on?+
For retainers, typically €15,000+ per month. For one-off projects (a Technical SEO Audit, a brand strategy sprint, a single sub-service deliverable) we'll consider smaller engagements where the scope is clear and the value-add is high. The honest test: if a smaller agency would serve you better, we'll say so on the discovery call.
Do you work with agencies or only direct brands?+
Both. We white-label specific services (GEO, multilingual content, AI avatar production) for agencies that don't have the in-house capability. Standard NDA, transparent commercials, no attribution to us in front of your client.
Can you sign our NDA before the call?+
Yes. Send it with your brief and we'll have it counter-signed before the discovery call. We routinely sign NDAs for sensitive briefs — fundraising, M&A activity, pre-launch products — and treat all enquiries as confidential by default.
Do you reply if it's not a fit?+
Always. Every serious enquiry gets a personal reply, even — especially — when we say no. The marketing world has too much ghosting. We'd rather give a clean answer than leave you waiting.
