Pillar 04 · Content Alchemy

Raw idea in.
Compounding asset out.

Content Alchemy is the practice of turning thought into substance — words, images, sound, video, even synthetic personalities — that converts, captivates and compounds across every medium your audience inhabits.

The Thesis

Content stopped being a deliverable.
It became infrastructure.
The brands that win the next decade
treat their content not as marketing assets
but as the connective tissue of the whole business.

Our Approach

Built once. Reborn everywhere.

The old content model: produce a thing, post it, watch it disappear. The Alchemy model: every piece of content is engineered to splinter into a dozen smaller pieces across formats, languages and channels — without losing the original's spirit.

One podcast becomes ten LinkedIn posts, three editorial articles, fifteen short-form videos, a newsletter chapter, and an AI-avatar-narrated YouTube short. The maths is brutal in your favour.

How we work

Fifteen disciplines, one engine.

From editorial-grade writing to synthetic AI avatars — we cover every content medium that matters in 2026, in five languages, end-to-end.

01. Strategy

Content Strategy

The blueprint before any content gets made. Audience, channels, formats, cadence, distribution, repurposing. The strategic spine that makes the rest economical.

Explore →
02. Editorial

SEO Copywriting

Long-form writing engineered to rank, get cited by AI, and convert. The most underrated skill in 2026 — and the one most agencies still get wrong.

Explore →
03. Long-form

Long-form Editorial

Magazine-quality essays, manifestos, founder columns, deep-dive explorers. The format that builds authority faster than anything else — when it's actually good.

Explore →
04. Inbox

Email Marketing & Newsletters

Segmented automations, editorial newsletters, transactional flows. Email is still the highest-ROI marketing channel in 2026 — if you treat it like the privilege it is.

Explore →
05. Video

Video Production

Brand films, founder stories, explainer videos, social-first cuts. Full pre-production through delivery — across our network of directors, DPs and editors.

Explore →
06. Audio

Podcast Production

From concept to launch to weekly production. The most intimate brand-building medium ever invented — and one of the few that AI can't (yet) flood with noise.

Explore →
07. Social

Social Media Content

Social-native content production for brands serious about platform-native voice — calibrated per platform rather than treated as cross-posted output. The discipline most "social content" agencies skip.

Explore →
08. UGC

UGC Programmes

User-generated content programmes — community cultivation, contributor incentive design, content rights frameworks. Substantive UGC operations rather than "encourage your customers to post" briefings.

Explore →
09. Voices

Influencer Content

Creator partnerships engineered for both brand and performance — with measurement that goes beyond engagement vanity. Real attribution, real contracts, real ROI.

Explore →
10. Synthetic

AI Avatars & Synthetic Influencers

Built-from-scratch AI personalities — fictional spokesfaces or hyper-real founder avatars. Multilingual, always-on, content output at scale humans can't match.

Explore →
11. Refresh

Content Refresh

Content refresh programmes — the maintenance discipline that converts published content from a depreciating asset into a compounding one. Editorial maintenance, structural improvements, ranking restoration.

Explore →
12. Localisation

Content Localisation

Multi-market content localisation — editorial adaptation rather than translation, in-market editorial leadership, native voice cultivation per market. The discipline that makes content read as native rather than translated.

Explore →
13. Newsletter

Newsletter Strategy

Newsletter strategy as the most consequential owned-distribution channel for substantive editorial. Architecture decisions about cadence, voice, audience-build, and the discipline that turns newsletter work into compounding owned media.

Explore →
14. Distribution

Content Distribution

Content distribution architecture — owned-channel sequencing, paid amplification, syndication, earned-media outreach. The discipline that decides whether substantive content actually reaches readers, or sits indexed but unread.

Explore →
15. Calendar

Editorial Calendar Management

Editorial calendar management as senior strategic work — capacity allocation, cadence protection, refresh integration. The operational discipline that decides whether content strategy survives execution across years.

How we work in Content.

i. Strategy

Architect before producing

No piece of content gets made before its purpose, audience, distribution and repurposing path are mapped. We refuse to produce orphan content.

ii. Production

Make the hero piece first

Every content quarter starts with a single ambitious "hero" piece — a flagship podcast, deep editorial, or major video. Everything else descends from it.

iii. Splinter

Atomise across channels

The hero piece becomes ten, twenty, fifty smaller pieces — natively adapted for each channel's grammar and each language's nuances. Maximum surface area, minimum effort.

iv. Compound

Refresh, recut, recirculate

Great content earns its keep for years. We track which assets keep performing and refresh, recut, retranslate them — extending their lifespan indefinitely.

Featured case · Selene

From zero to twelve videos a week — without a single human creator.

A B2B cosmetics brand needed influencer content at scale across four languages. Hiring four creators was financially impossible. We built Selene — a fully synthetic AI influencer with multilingual voice, native lip-sync, and product placement engineered into every shot.

We told Revolutionize we needed content at a scale our budget couldn't support. Three months later we had Selene — and our weekly output had multiplied by twelve. The clients who see her perform on TikTok still don't know she isn't real.

Content questions worth asking.

How is your content output different from a content agency or freelancer?+
Three things. First, strategic integration — our content team works inside the same brain as our SEO and Paid Media teams, so every asset is engineered for distribution from day one. Second, multilingual depth — five languages natively, not Google-translated. Third, AI-augmented production — we operate at a content-output velocity that traditional agencies physically can't match without sacrificing quality.
Is AI-generated content acceptable in 2026?+
It depends entirely on craft. AI without editorial judgment produces content that ranks nowhere and persuades no-one. AI guided by senior strategists and writers produces some of the most efficient content systems we've ever built. The technology is just a tool — what matters is whose hands it's in.
Do you write in languages other than English?+
Yes — natively in French, English, Italian, German and Spanish. We don't translate; we re-conceive content for each market. Cultural fluency matters more than literal accuracy, and translated content always reads as translated content to native speakers.
What does an AI avatar engagement actually involve?+
Discovery and character design (2-3 weeks), avatar production with MetaHuman or comparable pipeline (3-4 weeks), voice training and ElevenLabs integration (1-2 weeks), production system setup and content delivery cadence (ongoing). Founder avatars require additional photography and voice recording sessions. We can have a synthetic personality producing weekly content within 8-10 weeks.
Can you take over content production from an existing in-house team?+
Yes, and it's a common engagement shape. We typically work in one of three modes: full content function on retainer, hero-piece-and-splinter production with internal teams handling daily, or strategic oversight with execution staying internal. We adapt to where the value-add is highest for your situation.

The other three pillars.

Content is the medium. The other pillars decide where it lives, who sees it, and what it stands for.
