Who we are

revolutionize.agency is operated by Dolce Drago Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07794283, which acts as the sole controller of the personal data described in this policy. Full company particulars are set out in our Legal Notice.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our contact forms: your name, email address, company, website, the pillar or service you are interested in, an indicative budget range, and the content of your message. If you request a voice brief, we collect your name and email in order to send you a secure upload link.

We also process limited technical data that is necessary to operate and protect the site — server logs including IP address, request time and user agent — and, where you have accepted analytics cookies, aggregated audience-measurement data from Google Analytics 4. We do not buy contact lists, we do not enrich your data from third-party brokers, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and conduct the discussions that precede any engagement; to keep the site secure and prevent abuse; to understand in aggregate how the site is used; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If we later work together, we process your data to perform that contract.

Legal bases

Responding to an enquiry and negotiating an engagement: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). The tick-box on our forms is an acknowledgement that you have read this policy — it is not the legal basis for the processing, and you are not asked to consent to something you cannot refuse while still contacting us. Site security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interests in protecting our infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Accounting and statutory record-keeping: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cookies

This site currently sets no cookiesWe use Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement, and nothing else: no advertising pixel, no tag manager, no profiling. It runs in Google Consent Mode with every storage permission denied until you accept, so no analytics cookie is written unless you choose it. Refusing costs you nothing — the site behaves identically. IP addresses are truncated before processing, and you can change your mind at any time from the Cookie choices link in the footer.Cookie Policy will list each cookie individually. The site does load typefaces from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google without setting a cookie. The background film on our homepage is currently streamed from Pexels (videos.pexels.com), which likewise receives your IP address and standard request metadata when the clip loads; we intend to self-host both fonts and film to remove these third-party requests.

Sharing your information

Your data is accessible to authorised personnel of Dolce Drago Ltd, and to the processors who host our site and deliver our email, each acting on documented instructions under Article 28 contracts. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

Because the group operates in both the United Kingdom and the European Union, data moves between the two. The European Commission has found the UK to provide an adequate level of protection, and the UK has made a corresponding finding for the EEA. Any transfer beyond the UK and the EEA is covered by appropriate safeguards, normally the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum.

Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and then for up to three years from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where an engagement follows, data is kept for the life of the contract and then archived for the applicable limitation and accounting periods — six years in the United Kingdom, and up to ten years for accounting records in France. Server logs are kept for no longer than twelve months; the form delivery log enforces this programmatically on every request to the form endpoint, removing each entry individually once it is older than twelve months. The truncated technical hash included in the notification email forms part of the enquiry record and follows the enquiry retention period above rather than the server-log period. Voice recordings that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months of receipt.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Write to privacy@revolutionize.agency and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and in France the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (cnil.fr). You may also complain to the authority in your own country of residence.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access control, a web application firewall and data minimisation — to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we do commit to notifying you and the relevant authority where a breach requires it.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
